Note: There is no stipend nor equipment provided for speakers who facilitate break-out sessions; however, a meal, exposure, and, access to the entire conference will be provided. All potential speakers must complete this online Speaker Profile. Deadline for submission is November 30, 2007.

Speaker Profile Submission Instructions:

Before you begin a new submission, collect all the required information as described below.
We suggest that you first develop your proposed abstract in a word processing program such as Microsoft Word or WordPerfect, and then copy and paste information in the appropriate sections. Since there is no spell or grammar check function with the online submission process, copying and pasting will ensure greater accuracy.
You may wish to make a printout of this form to refer to.
Complete required fields in all sections. Incomplete submissions cannot be accepted. Note that some fields have character restrictions.
If you would like to submit proposals for more than one topic, you may submit more than one on one form (noting the restriction of length of descriptions); or submit separate forms, clearly indicating the different topics, titles, etc.

A speaker's agreement will be sent to all speakers who are selected at a later date.
