InnerG, Institute for Life's Performances Special Event or A Woman’s Worth 360 Degrees Conference/Expo Registration: Includes admission to all sessions and exhibits, Annual Conference Program, Opening General Session, and Lunch. All rates listed are in U.S. Currency. The undersigned REGISTRANT understands and agrees that all amounts charged to the credit card are non-refundable after deadline outlined in "cancellation policy." The undersigned REGISTRANT further agree: a) to waive any right to any chargebacks, b) that any dispute will be taken up directly with InnerG, Institute for Life’s Performances; and c) that any claim with the entity issuing the card resulting in a chargeback to InnerG, Institute for Life’s Performances shall constitute a breach of contract and is subject to legal fees, court costs, any third party collection handling fees that InnerG, Institute for Life’s Performances incurs, a $85 dollar fee plus the outstanding balance. The undersigned REGISTRANT understand and agree that this electronic agreement has the same force and effect as a paper contract/agreement and is legally binding in any U.S. court of law. CANCELLATION POLICY. The REGISTRANT and InnerG, Institute for Life’s Performances both agree: A. InnerG, Institute for Life’s Performances reserves the right to cancel the event due to low registrations (for admission fee based events), severe weather conditions, labor disputes, or for any other reason InnerG, Institute for Life’s Performances deems appropriate. Under these conditions, InnerG, Institute for Life’s Performances will reimburse REGISTRANT for fees paid for admission. B. All refunds will be processed and mailed within 4 to 8 weeks of registrant's request or cancellation of event. C. This agreement constitutes the complete understanding between the parties and supercedes any prior understandings between them. No modification or amendment, promise, waiver, or representation will be valid or binding unless made in writing and signed by both the REGISTRANT and InnerG, Institute for Life’s Performances. WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS MUST BE POSTMARKED OR ELECTRONICALLY SUBMITTED BY JANUARY 3, 2008. CANCELLATIONS OF CONFERENCE, SPECIAL EVENTS OR PRECONFERENCE REGISTRATION WILL RESULT IN A HANDLING FEE OF $20. NO REFUNDS AFTER JANUARY 3, 2008. DEGREES CONFERENCE/EXPO'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS MENTIONED OR DESCRIBED AT THEIR WEBSITE. I understand and agree to this cancellation policy.
