ABOUT DR. TREVICIA WILLIAMS

Dr. Trevicia Williams is an author, change agent, consultant, trainer, performance coach, and president and founder of InnerG, Institute for Life’s Performances (I.I.L.P.), which specializes in personal and professional development. She is passionate about assisting people in mega ways, from beauty and business to their inner most selves - helping individuals unveil power and potentials they never knew they had! As a change agent, she has an incredible ability to help people become their personal best at work, home and school. Helping people become flexible in their thinking and responses to experiences, the key to bounce back abilities, is one of her greatest assets.

Dr. Trevicia Williams has worked in both private and public sectors to affect positive change. She is also known for helping businesses optimize their potentials and is passionate about mega transitions such as those that occur within organizations, including leadership development, conflict and change management. Trevicia has over a decade of academic studies in human behavior from multiple perspectives, including having earned a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston-Downtown, Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and Doctorate degree from Walden University with a focus on professional and organizational psychology. She is also a certified paralegal and mediator.

EXPERIENCE

Trevicia Williams has been featured on Oxygen, Lifetime, Lifetime MovieNetwork, CourtTV and radio shows and has worked with, coached and spoken to individuals and diverse groups of people for over 16 years.

Her proudest accomplishment is her now grown-up daughter, Agnes.
